Welcome to our training team! With a combined experience of 40 years, we are passionate and committed trainers dedicated to helping organisations of all sizes achieve excellence. Our founders began their journey in the industry decades ago and have since earned professional qualifications in NRI and CIPD. Our team have successfully delivered training solutions in projects that demand innovative and effective results at home and internationally. Our core values focus on customer commitment, integrity, respect and accountablity.
Meet the Team
Stephen Holland NRI
Director

Stephen has a broad range of experience in Logistics including driving PCV and HGV vehicles throughout the UK and Europe.
​
As well as setting up and managing Logistics Training Solutions (Europe) Ltd, Stephen has a wealth of management experience in the UK and overseas. He is a DVSA endorsed LGV/PCV Instructor through the National Register of LGV Instructors. He is a JAUPT approved CPC Instructor and is also Level 3 qualified Education and Training. He has specialised knowledge of Nutrition with a specialised interest of diabetes within logistics.

He is also a qualified MHE Instructor and was previously a Commercial Driver trainer for two large logistics companies with experience of transport planning.

Co-Founder and Director of Logistics Training Solutions (Europe) Ltd. With extensive experience spanning transport compliance, organisational governance, learning and development and digital systems, Gary helps HGV and PCV operators strengthen compliance, improve management oversight and develop practical, evidence-led systems that support safer and more efficient operations.

A qualified Transport Manager (CPC – Haulage), Gary combines professional recognition from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) with qualifications in English Law and Human Resources. His career has included public sector leadership, transport consultancy and organisational development roles across the public and private sectors, together with international public sector development projects delivered through Accounting and Audit Reform Consultants (AARC), Dublin.

Working as part of multidisciplinary teams of international regulatory specialists, Gary developed learning and organisational development programmes supporting institutional reform initiatives for the Governments of the Philippines, Malawi, Sierra Leone and The Bahamas, including digital transformation work within the Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue.

Today, Gary brings that breadth of experience to the transport sector, combining transport compliance, governance, organisational development and digital solutions to help operators build resilient management systems, demonstrate effective compliance and support long-term organisational performance.
